I really love playing with new languages, frameworks, and technologies. I almost always have some kind of project I'm tinkering on. Some of the more interesting and complete ones are below.

.NET Core REST Framework for side projects. It's designed to avoid "magic" and be simple to use.
Flan
A federated Flutter plugin to send local notifications. Currently only supports iOS.
Standalone HttpClientFactory
An HTTP client factory for .NET Core and .NET Standard that doesn't require ASP.NET Core dependencies and follows Microsoft's recommended best practices.
